Overseas Tourbillon
Luxury watchmaking craftsmanship in a leisurely environment
Among the brand's new models launched at the SIHH in Geneva, this watch is the first in the Overseas series to be equipped with a tourbillon.
The Vacheron Constantin Overseas series watches are sometimes sports watches and sometimes delicate watches, but they can always adapt to various situations, especially due to the easy replacement of the strap. They will match your constantly changing style based on your schedule or mood. The Overseas Tourbillon was launched at this year's Geneva International Watch Show and has now become the flagship product of the series.
This is the first watch in the series to include a tourbillon. This sophisticated mechanism is placed in a rather relaxed environment. The hour and minute hands move on a magnificent lacquered blue dial with a satin sunrise pattern finish. This watch features a 42.5mm wide steel case with a thickness of only 10.39mm.
But there is no doubt that this luxury watch has all the conventional functions of the manufacturer's clock. This includes the 2160 movement with an outer rotor, which was introduced in 2018 and first appeared in the Traditionalnelle Tourbillon. The ultra-thin automatic movement composed of 188 parts combines precision and performance, while providing 80 hours of power reserve. The tourbillon frame is equipped with a second hand, which is completely manually tilted. The process took nearly 12 hours to complete. It is not surprising that the excellent quality of Overseas Tourbillon has been certified by the Geneva Seal.
