TAG Heuer commemorates the 50th anniversary of its famous chronograph with a limited edition Monaco 2009-2019 in a 39mm square case. It stands out with its unique aesthetic code of the current decade. Simplicity is the essence, with a carbon grey dial and a shiny brushed finish. The few shades of red on the central second hand and chronograph hand add vitality to this simple, almost monochrome world. In addition, we also discovered all the unique features of this watch, such as the crown located at the 9 o'clock position and buttons located at the other end (2 o'clock and 4 o'clock positions).
Of course, this limited edition watch has only 169 pieces and aims to become a modern embodiment of the 11th movement developed by Heuer, Breitling, Dubois Depaz, and Hamilton B ü ren in the 1960s. This automatic winding movement (40 hour power reserve) coordinates time display and small second hand information. It also controls short-term measurements and can be read using the central pointer and minute accumulator at the 9 o'clock position.
