HERITAGE Automatic Week Calendar Watch
This watch was unveiled at the 2019 Geneva International Haute Horlogerie Exhibition (SIHH), equipped with practical daily functions. Its lines are inspired by Minerva's works from the 1950s and will catch your attention.
As the name of its series implies, the aesthetic design of the Heritage Automatic Day Date watch originates from the past, more precisely from Minerva, the manufacturer acquired by Richemont Group in 2006 and merged into Montblanc. Since then, their rich traditions have contributed to the production of this elegant timepiece.
Here, the time information is vividly displayed on the arched silver white dial. The hour and minute hands are in the shape of a crown princess, accompanied by a row of luminous materials, pointing to a time mark composed of Arabic numerals and rhodium plated dots. These hour markers are surrounded by a blue central second hand, which rotates along the edges of the same colored second hand. The wide window at the 12 o'clock position displays the day of the week in English, while the date is symmetrically displayed at the 6 o'clock position. This lightweight composition provides excellent readability.
The automatic winding movement is located inside a polished stainless steel case with a diameter of 39 millimeters. The MB 24.18 movement provides 38 hours of power reserve for the watch after winding. Its normal operation and accuracy have passed the Montblanc Laboratory Test 500 certification. Within 500 hours, each watch undergoes a series of quality controls.
