Atom Moore launches' Second Nature 'for the first time

So far, Atom has devoted almost all of its career to watches. He has been working in this industry since 2015 and has collaborated with brands such as Grand Seiko, Autodromo, and JN Shapiro. Although some of the works he collaborates with brands are what many in our industry call 'product photography', they often execute at a higher level. The photos he took for JN Shapiro's Resurgence launch event are a great example - clear macro displays show all the details you would expect to see in Shapiro's perfectly crafted case, dial, and movement.
But what truly sets Atom apart is his artistic approach to watch photography. His new series' Second Nature 'continues his experiment with photography's' mixed art', which he calls' mixed art ', expanding the theme from watches to the natural world.
I was inspired by the macro photos I took at Wave Hill, a beautiful garden in the Bronx, "Atom recently explained to me via email. I see the potential of using plants as materials and combining them with the macro photos of watches that I have taken over the years. When creating these works, I will definitely 'play' with how things are combined together.
