Astronef Techno designed by Louis Moinet looks unique. The dial of this unique wristwatch is captivating. An original, strongly colored silicon chip composition with engraved microelectronic circuits is an impressive canvas for mobile mechanical sculptures. Two independent tourbillons, each weighing only 0.25 grams, rotate around the central axis, with one rotating every 10 minutes and the other rotating every 5 minutes.
This pair of tourbillons aligns perfectly every three minutes and twenty seconds. Adorned with sun yellow and Super LumiNova ® The hour and minute hands rotate precisely. In order to allow you to appreciate the display under optimal conditions, the watchmaker has chosen a case made of two materials. The top of the 5-grade titanium metal base with a diameter of 43.5 millimeters is a sapphire upper part with a diameter of 41.6 millimeters.
This semi transparent case protects the complex LM 105 movement, which features 16 ceramic ball bearings. In order to accumulate the power required for precise coordination of the whole and provide a 48 hour power reserve, the manual winding device adopts a double barrel. The selector is perfectly integrated into the back of the Astronef Techno case, allowing the crown to be wound or the watch to be set according to its position.
