A. Lange & Söhne
In 2009, Lange launched a watch that marked a complete breakthrough in style. Its originality? This watch uses jumping hour numbers to display hours and minutes, with only the power reserve indicator and small second hand displayed as hands. The integration of unique personality, high-quality craftsmanship, and luxurious watchmaking mechanisms makes Zeitwerk one of the manufacturer's flagship models.
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, we have released a practical new version: Zeitwerk Date. As the name suggests, the date function has been added to the time function. The date display is as unique as the watch itself, based on the glass ring around the dial. This new feature seamlessly integrates with other visual elements. Below the numbers 1 to 31, the date is displayed in red for optimal visibility in a monochrome environment.
After being fully strung, the watch can run perfectly for 72 hours. The complex mechanism equipped with a constant power escapement mechanism also provides sufficient energy, which can be adjusted using a single button. Press the button at the 8 o'clock position to set the date. Surprisingly, a switching pulse is only generated when the button is released. The button at the 4 o'clock position is also the same. This way, the time can be reset completely independently without affecting the movement. Impressive feat!
