70s Anthem - Schwartz Etienne
Wrist flower power
This brand new, extremely colorful limited edition watch is launched by a watchmaker located in La Chapelle, paying tribute to the sacred enamel craftsmanship and enhancing the mechanical performance of the watch. It is a super powered watch that makes you crave to fully enjoy life.
As the saying goes, 'there are three things', and Schwarz Etienne fully follows this saying. The new watch, themed' Ode to the 1970s', is the third work in the series launched in 2016. The first "Qixi Ode" pays homage to the stars, and the second "Spring Ode" is launched the following year to pay homage to nature, while this third work is quite different. The most important thing is colorful. colorful. Looking at it, you will be transported back to the era of 'the power of flowers', a famous hippie slogan from the 1960s and 1970s that promoted pacifist ideas.
The surface of the 'Ode to the 70s' watch is brightly colored, pleasing to the eye: yellow, orange, red, pink, green, and blue. In addition to this color scheme, Schwarz Etienne also wanted to showcase the sacred art of Da Ming Huo enamel and used two techniques: cloisonn é enamel, which outlines the pattern with very fine gold lines, and enamel filling, which carves cells. Afterwards, a children's coloring style was adopted, but the scale was much more complex and exquisite. Each part of the design was filled with colored enamel and then fired several times. The only part without enamel is the miniature rotor in the shape of the symbol of peace and love at the 9 o'clock position, which has been treated with paint.
